The Nation and the Washington Times are about equally distant from the centre, in opposite directions. It's good to read both to figure out where the truth doesn't lie.

CNN and Fox serve the same function in the TV world, though neither is as far off center as the Nation or WT.

Tomorrow or Tuesday a huge new Kerry offensive will begin. Sunday is the first day of the news cycle for the coming week, though it's a holiday weekend so it may begin Tuesday in earnest. Expect something dramatic. We've just had a week of lies, outrageous attacks and fears/smears. Kerry has to fight back with something will will put the Bushies back in their places.
