Water vapor has a high ability to impact to "hold" heat, conversely in my example, it has a high ability to block heat as well. Ever hear a weather forecaster say that the cloud cover tonite will keeps us a little warmer in an a winter forecast, or because the lack of cloud cover would cause it to cool off tonite, as the heat would radiate out? Ever hear him say the CO2 levels tonite are going keep you warmer??????????? Nice try I expected the reader to do a little thinking in my post. I can't do everything for you, you guys do have to start thinking sometime.
