"Don't forget that the last election was a travesty! "

That is opinion not fact. All the studies post election showed Bush won. Sadly - the precision of the system is not such that an exact count can be made. Do you remember how Algore tried to cherry pick the recount for his own needs?

Tell me something - have you not learned anything from NDP governments?

<<<You seem to dislike the French. Don't forget that France played a part in the birth of the USA.>>>

The only reason that France helped colonists during the American Revolution was because "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." We were fighting France's perennial enemy--the British. At the time France had colonial ambitions of it's own in the new world. The French were simply supporting their own national interests during the War of Independence. In the same way, France opposed the ouster of Saddam Hussein because he was filling their pockets with stolen funds from the Iraq Oil for Food program. France is another fair-weather friend & is a common thief as well.

Five hundred years ago, Niccolo Machiavelli, commenting on Livy, reaffirmed that men born in the same country exhibit the same characteristics.
