Get to know your ancestors....All of them that you can. It helps you know yourself better. And certainly gives you a much better idea of history in so many areas. All of a sudden you actually care where county lines were, and what time frame you are talking about....

But that same modern technological society teaches its managers that delegation is one of the keys to success.

A manager with common sense and organizational skills trumps a manger with superior intelligence who is hopelessly lost in day to day minutiae.
