This isn't a factor. Anytime money is borrowed from SS there are debt instruments, readily convertible to cash, substituted for those funds.

Quit changing the subject, you ignoramus...this is money the goverment borrows from itself. With spiraling deficits, there is no chance these instruments can be converted to cash...that's just more borrowing.
