And very soon the common American will also be a part of the Kerry campaign after it begins to sink in that it was their tax money which was used by Cheney to fill the pockets of his buddies at Halliburton with a promise of a kickback after he leaves office on January 20, 2005.

Yes the old main stays of the media are going to follow Kerry down the drain as more and more viewers / voters choose a fair and balanced view put forth by Fox.

Amazing Kerry had all the media working for him and he still crashed and burned. But then again with so many character issues raised and no vision communicated at his nomination he did it to himself.

Imagine the debates when something relevant like his voting record is discussed.

I wish the democrats would get their act together, having a government with one party set to be so dominant is not healthy.

You think this story in the NYT is Bush bashing or is it a reporting of the facts. Besides, why is criticizing the President considered Bush bashing. When you get hired and you are being criticized for not doing a good job is it called bashing?

One by One, Iraqi Cities Become No-Go Zones
By DEXTER FILKINS
<font size=3>
BAGHDAD, Iraq — At a recent meeting with a group of tribal sheiks, an American general spoke with evident frustration about the latest Iraqi city to fall into the hands of insurgents.

"Not one dime of American taxpayers' money will come into your city until you help us drive out the terrorists," Maj. Gen. John R. S. Batiste said in his base in Tikrit, tapping the table to make sure he was understood.

The sheiks nodded, smiled and withdrew, back to the city that neither they, nor the American military, any longer control.

"Bout time the media starts to lean a little to the center

.......... I was getting worried about that constant lean to the right. Even Dan Rather backed the war in Iraq.

As the media gets more balanced, like that great "CNN Presents: The Mission of George W. Bush," exposing Bush as nothing more than a religious freak, the unidimensional nature of Bush will become clearer. Hopefully this will happen before November 2, so we can stop the lemmings from going over the cliff.
