JF Re...First, that wasn't Clintons main claim to fiscal conservatism. It went far beyond that, to a commitment to shrink government spending.

Aren't you forgetting Clinton's healthcare boondoggle. Without the reps vetoing that, Clinton would have increased spending more than GW.
