They are trying to figure out who to send out to attack the Swift Boat Vets. Will it be Maureen Dowd? She is such a flake that no one will take her seriously. Will it be Krugman? He only talks in doublespeak and anything he writes about has to deal with only with the latest Department of Labor statistics. Will it be Frank Rich? He is their former movie critic who has been commissioned by Michael Moore to do an advance critique of his forthcoming follow up to his UnFair-in hype movies about Bush as a reader of comic books for kids. The title of Moore's second blockbuster is Christmas in Cambodia: Sex, lies and Videotape. It will feature John Kerry, the hero of Moore's first attempt at serious movie making, "Kerry, the Communist Anti-Communist" which won Kerry a hero of the month billing at the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hanoi, North Vietnam along with his co-star, Jane Fonda. So Frank Rich is out, having already sold his soul to the Devil for a mess of pottage. So who will it be? Guess the NYT will have to bring back what's his name in disguise. You know. That reporter who managed over several years to write Op Ed and other serious pieces of original contributions based on his fertile imagination. Yes, that's the one. The guy who was exposed. The one who lost his job and cause the NYT owners to have to sack his mentor, a guy named Raines, because he failed to spot the phoney. Bring them back. Bring Raines back. Bring back what's his name. We need them. We are in desperate need of them. Then enemy is at the gates and the gates are about to implode. Help! Help! We are being invaded by the NY Post and its horders of horridians at the gate.
