Cisco--I dumped Norton. I was getting false positives from them on virus's. On the first false positive I took the computer to a tech to get rid of it. On the second one I rescanned with a different antivirus (AVG), nothing there again.
I was already irritated with them for giving me a wonderful two months of free virus updates instead of a year as promised when I bought my new computer.
I do have a question for folks here. Is there an advantage to getting a router for added security? I have a cable modem hookup. I am using Zone Alarm for a firewall.
All the Best

Thanks Cisco, I already have Firefox. It was what I used to post my problem here after installing XP 2 and when IE wouldn't load. Thank goodness I had it already.
