He voted for the bill when it would have been partially offset by rolling some tax cuts back. He then voted against it when the taxt rollback was eliminated.

An appropriations bill that, it has to be noted, if the Administration had been more realistic, as many kept telling them, would not have been needed. Sending troops to battle with insufficient armor is pretty criminal, you have to admit.

Kerry has a consistent voting record supporting the military. Now he has consistently opposed nuclear systems, both in public and in his voting record.

If you want to bring up stuff before he was elected, well, Bush is pretty vulnerable there. So is Cheney and his "other concerns"....
