You know what is really strange...is that after listening to Pat Buchanan on Meet the Press this weekend, I find that I agree with Pat's assessment of the Iraq war. Pat even says if he were president he would begin a strategic withdrawal of the forces in Iraq.

I'm thinking we need a Dean-Buchanan ticket. But it does say a lot about how the American people are feeling about Bush's war in Iraq. Bush has gotten us into a situation where we need to either double the troops now, or withdraw. Not an enviable position to be in, as either way the flag draped coffins will continue to come home.

What makes it even worse is that Bush has not articulated his plan in Iraq. We make it up as we go...like hunting for land mines by tapping our foot in front of us with our fingers in our ears...we shape our daily Iraq policy.

What is the plan for Iraq? What is the plan for Iran? What is the plan for Afghanistan?

Bush has no plan.
