What kind of gibberish are you trying to dish out now. Yes there were votes, in committee, where some republicans voted against certain elements, how to pay for it being one of those votes. None the less, it was decided not to spend time quibbling over that, and just pass the bill, and worry about that later. Which is what Kerry should have done. He could have easily Introduced another bill to make the rich pay for it, if he so desired,.
