Sorry lying censoring Chinus - that document was kerry bs - no summary numbers adding up to bottom line of cutting deficit. I remain in the firm position that the biggest lie of the current campaign is the claim by kerry re new spending and reducing the budget. BTW - with paygo - what taxes get increased? One can only assume that paygo is a tax increase for everyone!

So - is it a fair interpretation that kerry wants to increase taxes on everyone?
