Appears we have Ivan the Terrible heading for the GOM, some decent CDD coming, and positive response market response to Bush's rise in the polls to support the OSX break out.

Looks like the Saudi's are coming through for the Bush's just in time for the election.

If oil prices can't fall in the open market place, just lower the price you're willing to sell for.

Not good for OSX stocks between now and then, but after the elections I suspect the market forces will be back in play for oil prices.
