You don't believe Bush's preemptive mistaken invasion of Iraq has greatly intensified nuclear weapon development in Iran and N. Korea?

Nope. I do not. We are, after all, aren't we?, still technically at war with Korea. And Iran is going to do what they want to.

But I do believe the invasion of Iraq stopped Libya's nuclear weapon program dead in its tracks.

Not that that justifies the war. Or unjustifies it.
