Affidavits or no affidavits, lies are just plain lies! As long as those Swifties are determined to stick together with their story in their unified attempt to discredit Kerry and more, then their lies become "legalized" as the truth. Herein lies the weakness of the law. According to one eminent writer in the last century, "The law is sometimes an ass." I understand that most if not all of the Swifties have been debunked. One Vietnam Vet protested the inclusion of his name in O'Neill's list of Swift Vets: he said he was not aware of O'Neill's nefarious scheme and his name was included without his consent. How many more Vietnam Viets were included on the list without their knowledge and consent? It is becoming clear O'Neill is a quite a political animal, eh?
