Luti certainly counts. Do you have any idea how many deputy undersecretaries there are in Washington? He's a very minor neocon. Second, the account appears only in one person's hatchet job book. Not in public, not in reliable reports. I read that account, and I think Luti probably lost his temper in some private meeting and Kratiaowski decided to make a big thing of it. I'm sure Zinni has called the neocons a few names in private meetings too. Hardly the sort of public intimidation that was being alleged as the "radicals" took over and put the "moderates" in fear of their lives.
