BTW, Bush has been CiC for longer now than Kerry was on active duty I don't think that Bush has been the CIC. He's delegated that responsibility to others, others that have clearly taken our country down a road that we should not have gone down. Ultimately Bush is responsible for these failed policies...even if they are not his own...which they clearly are not. John Kerry knows what it's like to be in harms way, and he will be measured in his use of military forces, and he will blend military force with diplomacy, like Bush never even thought of. Orca
