If you notice that the gap between Bush and Kerry has closed by 4% in 2 days. The TIME and Newsweek polls were manipulated to make Bush look batter. But this going to backfire soon when in the days ahead it will show a significant closing of the gap and Bush falling behind. A "catastrophic failure" for an incumbent.
