France, Germany, Russia and China spontaneously joined together to block the US on the UN Security Council.

"Spontaneously"? Perhaps you aren't aware of the French and Russian officials implicated in the oil-for-food scandal at the UN or the large volume of dealings between them and Saddam's Iraq. Perhaps you aren't aware of the recent allegations of French intelligence services fabricating documents pertaining to Iraqi attempts to procure uranium from Niger in an effort to embarrass the US and UK. Perhaps you aren't aware of French officials saying, before the US even presented it's Security Council resolution drafts, that under no circumstances would they vote to authorize the use of force. Or perhaps you know those things and chose not to acknowledge them in your ongoing efforts to manage your CD problem.

The economic means to sustain it are NOT there.

Quite interesting. I did note there was no proof offered in your post. So I will take it as opinion. Thanks for the input.
