He isn't.

But he has donated money to various non-profit groups (drugpolicy.org, etc.) that seek to change America's ruinous prohibitionist drug laws.

And, he did give a little money to help out the medical marijuana ballot-access effort in Ca, which was successful....

So too have MANY, MANY conservatives, such as Bill Buckley, etc.
