His only out was to kill his fellow terrorists once he decided he had pity for the children. He didn't do that...feed him to the dogs like the rest of his buddies. Perhaps the small mercy of going first could be bestowed upon him. Maybe in the future we should offer amnesty(of some type) to any terrorist who does chicken out and disrupts an operation from succeeding. Let it be known, if you can't pull the trigger or detonate a bomb you still have an out. To a radical Muslim its not a great out, but it is an out.
