Sure, here is some National housing data. This data trails the market, so it is too late for investing:

New Home Sales off 12% in July. August and September will be worse:
census.gov

NOTE: The South was off 16% in July.

I think the South will hold up better than other areas since houses are comparatively inexpensive. But the housing market has definitely slowed down.
