Hey Rarebird, Long time no hear! Glad to see you are back! The last time we exchanged a post or two on SI (Gold Monitor) was way back in late 2001 before you left to join the JDF. So you sold your gold stocks in August, eh? I suppose you think gold is at a dead end now? As this is an election year, I suppose you will agree that in the runup to the election, the Bushies will ensure, by hook or by crook, that the equities will be buoyed up in order not to antagnonize the voting public? How will the equities play after the election? I would imagine that prices would plummet. What say you? I presume you would prefer the GOP to win as the Dems (with the exception of Clinton) are generally bad news for equities?
