Yesterday's local news said the USN will finish before November 2. The news also said there will another review of the GWB ANG record, attendance, physicals etc.

I don't know the timing. Not sure it can be predicted

I do know that the Inspector Generals are totally organized for investigations of wrong doing at all levels.

In past investigations I am familiar with, the IG concluded a thorough investigation quickly every time.
