loppy's Silver Star is very suspect. he will not release the supporting documents. did he in fact execute a vc who had lowered his weapon, fled, and was found cowering and hiding when loppy killed him.

the only thing i have heard from loppy is that he did not shoot him in the back.

release the supporting statements and we can eliminate this ugly rumor if it is not true.
