why will loppy not release the supporting documents for his Silver Star? why did loppy have a Silver Star with a "V"? does anyone else have a Silver Star with a "V?" why is there 3 citations on loppy's Silver Star floating around? who beefed up loppy's Silver Star almost a dozen years after the fact by having former Secretary of the Navy Lehman signing a new citation? By the way, Secretary of the Navy states that he had never seen it before. did loppy execute a fleeing vc who had lowered his weapon who was cowering and hiding? release the supporting documents and hopefully the suspicion surrounding this incident can be resolved and loppy's good name restored.
