If Bush and Congress hadn't robbed the SS Trust Fund to provide Israel with $17 billion in 2003 and a total cost of $1.6 Trillion for Israel from 1973-2002, America's debt and deficit would be alost 2 trillion less. There also would be NO crisis in the Social Security Trust Fund.
