Flip: We don't know what support they may have given in the way not of overt troops but of covert support, intelligence, sending pepole [sic] into Iraq gathering information on the ground, etc. Flop: They were a key part of the coalition. Don't mimimize [sic] their contributions. Other than making their territory available for staging, Kuwait's participation was probably nil.
