"Congress agreed"

No, they didn't (at least, there was no recorded vote on that.)

What they DID was give the President the authority to take the nation to war if --- in his own judgement --- it was necessary.

In a way, they abdicated their Constitutional responsibilities... but Congress did not order the weapons inspectors out of Iraq --- it was Bush who did that.

Yea how dare Bush do that! Only problem is Congress agreed including John Kerry's own vote. Kerry is so forgetful about his votes, I'm wondering if he might be in the Ronald Reagan category.

You're kidding......Bush can't even talk. His latest gaffe is about OB-GYNs and women in love. He should not be allowed to speak without a teleprompter!

Can't wait for the debates!
