All it takes to refresh the market is a couple of good snow storms in the NE and Midwest. Along woth a heating fuel oil shock this winter will always add to the misery, especially
as you close in on retirement.

Sometimes I think Florida residents need to re-read "The Three Little Pigs". It seems they could build with the expectation that they'll face these storms, and have walls, roofs, storm shutters and drainages set up to be ready for them. Zoning regs for hurricanes.
