Absolutely amazing! Bush's support is mindboggling .......... People just love "leaders" who cut taxes, take up guns, shoot irrationally, and borrow the money to do so. It's really weird. People in this country think this "shoot 'em up" philosophy is working. Bush got a bounce because he was in the news. Nothing more. People like familiarity. This election is going to be decided by who cares enough to vote. Who is more passionate. I like to think the Democrats have that this time. But I don't know. /john

Follow-Up on Multiple Moderators: At some later date, we will implement "Assistants" on the new site that will allow for a primary moderator and one or two assistants. In the interim, users will not be allowed to enable quasi-assistants by means of sharing access to their account, since doing so potentially violates the privacy of other users who may send PM's to the moderator's account with an expectation of privacy. ChinuSFO, please change your account password without delay. You can PM a change to me if you have trouble with the page for changing your password. You need to also change it on the Development site. No administrative action will be taken since the privacy violation appears to have been an unintended consequence. Lastly, you previously asked something to the effect of, "How do I moderate the thread when I am away or not available for a few days?" The answer is, "You don't."
