I bought 5 homes there in the late 80's as an investment and to provide my father a side job managing them. But he is getting on in years and it is becoming too difficult to handle so I am reducing the load. The prices did little apprec. for most of the 90's. It is only the last few years that the area has really rocketed. So the profits have been pretty good. As for growth, all you mentioned.
