95%+ of those who own mansions there are Demos. Teresa might even have one of her five mansions there. The 6th, a Villa in Italy, was just sold.

The Demos are the party of the poor, the super rich and academia. They are in the process of becoming third rate. A party in serious decline which will result in the end of our two party system.
