Dear Rambi: Very pleasant post and you are right. My friends are teachers and some who had done well selling real estate in the City.. New York that is. It was easy to make money there once. Buy something for two hundred thousand and sell it six months later for double your money. The Hamptons is beautiful but long ago I stopped visiting my friends there when the traffic was so terrible that it took forever to get there and then to pay ten dollars for a simple hamburger... I am not poor but fiscally conservative... (: ) I rather understand how you feel. Want to borrow my gun ?
