Proved my point. Reagan laid the groundwork for the wonderful 90's. Return on business investment and growth takes time.

Most of what is attributed economically to a sitting President comes from the decisions of the administrations before him.

Our economy turns on a dime compared to most...but there is still a lag factor.

So, cheer for Reagan in the 90's and boo Clinton now.
