Why should I have to waste my time proving other peoples assertions?

Shouldn't there be some basic rules on linking articles or quotes to their source?

I would say the Bush quote on OBL (if true) is no big deal. For one thing,strategies changed rapidly in that time frame.

Seems reasonable to give him the benefit of the doubt on this one.
