I haven't read that piece, don't know anything about it, and won't take your word for a characterization of it... or anything else, I might add. You raised this question out of the blue, and I haven't researched it. Rather than me giving an answer without the facts, tell me why you raised it and how it's relevant to the discussion. I don't recall having posted anything about "genome specific bioweapons."

Where do you stand on gender-targeted marketing?

I remember when I first read that plan; it sent shivers down my spine.

On page 60: They talk about developing "... advanced forms of biological warfare that can “target” specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool."

Very scary.
