Be careful Jay, the time to pick these ($osx) names was last fall. Many have tripled, most have doubled. Back then they were trashed and anyone suggesting them was pitifully berated and shown the wisdom of downgrades by the powers that be. I have left my LSS, NSS, MVK, ATW, etc. for others to gush about.

For Oil Service, really want to ask Boom Boom Room...

US Tubular steel suppliers -

NSS - forward P/e of 8, good rev growth, 350 market cap

LSS Lone Star - forward p/e 8, but growth only 2% - they also make stuff for automotive, heat exchangers, etc.

MVK maverick tube - Best known pure play name, but forward p/e of 12. Bigger market cap.

*****These 3 names have performed simmilarly over past year, but I think NSS has more upside. LSS market cap is just under 1 Billion, so it might make some insitutional lists if it goes up a little more.

I have not done DD on the rest.

GRP Grant Prideco another tubular producer.

Service companies
SLB & HAL have market caps of 30 & 10 billion.

I will be looking at BJS BJ Services and BHI Baker Hughes International.

************

AG Chem -

I have GRA and TNH.

Will look at AGU and POT.

In addition to nitrogen, Phosphorous (Phosphate) is the other big fertilizer componenet. Huge supply of Phosphate from Florida, now effected by Hurricanes - can't load ships, can't run processing plant (electricity), Mine pits need to be pumped, etc.
