It's a cynical game the Bush Administration is playing by not going after the insurgents in Fallujah, Ramadi, Sammarah and Sadr City. They want to minimize casualties until after the election.

You can bet he'll make up for lost time after the election, the 2nd 1000 will come alot quicker than the first, sadly. Not an opportune time for the lt. gov. to come out and make his confession about how he pushed Jr. above others waiting for entrance in TANG, shows him for the chickenhawk he is.
