My business is in Lee and Collier counties on the SW coast of Florida. We do interiors for homes 800k and up. I just ordered interiors for several models for the new season and yesterday I had two clients fly down to go over their plans for their new homes. The homes are delayed because of a shortage of concrete for the foundations but neither has been deterred. One has a summer home in East Hampton, NY and the other is from Ohio. Plans are proceeding but I do worry that Ivan could change everyone's perception.

I am just shellshocked looking at this morning's track for Ivan. I have clients that were severely damaged by Charlie, just had their tarps blown off by Ivan and really can't imagine another storm coming. SW Florida still hasn't cleaned up Charlie.

With new fuel supplies being designated for emergency and clean up, where are
Floridians supposed to get fuel for the next evacuation. Now there is a grim thought. Money Penny
