how did that happen. we couldn't go into pakistan to get Al Q. please explain how more troops would have made a difference. We are fighting terror on multiple fronts. I trust Gen Franks when he says he supports Bush. he was there , not the Kerry supports siting behind desks trying to rerun this war. remember Pakistan was a threat to democracy and is a nuke power. It was full of talaban and Al Q. supporters. We have made tremendous inroads in the country. Pakistan has put its troops at risk.. also Franks in a interview i think with Chris Matthews the other night mentioned pakistan had 100,000 troops on the border during the war. They were turning over Al Q. left and right to back us. I expect they didn't turn over those high ranking Al Q. because of political relationships.
