Agree, and don't mind paying for software that works as represented with only a few minor expected hassles. I used NAV for years and paid for annual upgrades without complaint. But for some unknown reason to me I began to have problems with installation and auto upgrades. I have paid for copies of NAV and SW sitting on the shelf that I can't effectively use. IMO their support is nil so I just gave up on them. And I don't feel you need SW with XP. And with all the rebates NAV pretty much gives itself free also.

I couldn't be happier with AVG, and it's free. Frankly, I don't understand how AVG can offer their package free. I would gladly pay a fee if required as it works so well without much user intervention required.
