You don't have to tell people what buttons to push or how to push certain things along - if they can't get it done, you will replace them. George Bush (41) is a long time patrician - it is in their genes to have people working for them that know what they are thinking. They never have to even suggest what dirty stuff has to be done. I personally like Bush 41 - I like his patrician way of doing things. Bush 43 is a lot less patrician - not my cup of tea.
