Ever see the problems when the Mississippi River floods? Or a tornado goes through a rural town?

They're small potatoes compared to a hurricane hitting FLA or an earthquake hitting LA. I think over $70 billion was spent in LA due to the earthquake. I bet when all is said and done in FLA that number will be around $40 billion.
