Thats exactly right the 992st did not have organized drills. Not only that, in 1973 Bush made up every single one of those points and performed all the 1974 drills he would have been obligated to do BEFORE going to Harvard Business School. Bush did 106 drills in Fiscal Year 1973. He only needed 48. 10 of the 106 were applied to the period he was assigned to the 9921st, and 48 were applied to Fiscal Year 1974. Bush did every single drill he agreed to do.
