More war, more people from Arab countries coming into Iraq in order to take up arms against us, more death, more destruction, more waste of money, more consolidation of central government in Washington, more polarization in this country, more tension in the international sphere, higher cost oil, less support from our old and traditional allies in Europe, more recruits for Osama benLaden, more terrorists attacks, more more hatred by those who suffer the consequences of all of the above for those who have caused all of the above .... that 's a start...

I think we are obliged to defer to the Iraqi government. Beyond that, I think we should deal with these people more surgically, rather than hand them propaganda victories. However, it is preferable if a day of reckoning, as it were, ensues swiftly.......
