Notice how not one, not a single one of those articles actually adds up the number of days Bush served and compares that to what he owed. All time gaps were approved by his Commanding Officer in Advance and all drills were completed. Bush completed 106 drills in 1973. 10 made up for 5 non drilling months in 1972, and 48 were for drills owed for 1973 and 48 drills were for 1974, done in advance and prior to going to Harvard. He did those drills in order to complete his obligation a year early.
