No. But Delta has always been huge in the SE, with it's Atlanta hub. The old line was that "If you die in the Southeast, you have to go through Atlanta to get to Heaven".

With a couple of exceptions (SW & JetBlue), airlines are the most consistent money losers in American business. Unions and regulation combined make it nearly impossible for them to make money, even with massive government subsidies in the way of airports and other facilities.

They all ought to be replaced by high speed trains.
