Did you actually read it? The author is a self proclaimed Colonel and only served active duty as an enlisted person, in the marines no less. I found his first mistake and it regards the Air Force Manual. Notice it says Manual, not Directive or Instruction. Directives and Instructions and Regulations have the force and effect of an order. A manual does not. This is something basic one learns as an officer, not an enlisted man. A manual has the force and effect of policy. This guy says that a manual has the force and effect of a regulation, directive or instruction. Nice try pal but no cigar. He also added up the points wrong for FY 1972 and completely leaves out the 106 points earned for 1973. No mention of it whatsover. Yea he's an indpendent my arse.
